KRS 173.570: Report required -- Contents -- Compliance with KRS 65A.010 to 65A.090.

(1) Within sixty (60) days after the close of each fiscal year the board shall make a

written report to the Department for Libraries and Archives. A copy of this report

shall be filed with the county clerk of each county within the district. The report

shall contain:

(a) A statement of the property acquired by devise, bequest, purchase, gift or

otherwise during the fiscal year;

(b) A statement of the character of library service furnished to the district during

the fiscal year; and

(c) Any other statistics or i nformation requested by the Department for Libraries

and Archives.

(2) The board shall comply with the provisions of KRS 65A.010 to 65A.090.
