KRS 190.0462: Manufacturer's schedule of compensation to be paid to dealers for

warranty service and repairs.

Included within the application for a license to engage in business within this state as a

manufacturer of motor vehicles must be a schedule specifying th e compensation to be

paid the manufacturer's dealers for parts, work and service in connection with warranty

service and repairs which shall include compensation for diagnostic work, as well as

repair service and labor.
