KRS 190.0461: Recall of vehicle -- Duty of manufacturer or distributor.

In the event a manufacturer or distributor recalls any of its products, the manufacturer or

distributor must include within the written notice thereof to vehicle owners and dealers

the expected date by which necessary parts and equipment will be available for the

correction of the defects necessitating the recall.
