KRS 196.620: Commissioner's powers as to compact.

(1) The commissioner of the Department of Corrections is hereby authorized and

directed to do all things necessary or incidental to the carrying out of the compact in

every particular and he may in his discretion delegate this authority.

(2) KRS 196.610 may be cited as the Interstate Corrections Compact.
