KRS 197.515: Performance evaluations.

The department shall annually conduct a performance evaluation of any adult correctional

facility for which a private provider has contracted to operate. The department shall make

a written report of its findings and submit this report along with any recom mendations to

the private provider and the Legislative Research Commission.
