KRS 197.520: Experience requirements.

In order for a private provider to enter into a contract with the state for the establishment,

operation or management of an adult correctional facility, it shall submit to the state

specific documentation that it has demonstrated experience in the establi shment,

operation or management of adult correctional facilities.
