KRS 198B.430: Employment of special inspectors.

From the holders of certificates of competency in the inspection of elevators, any

company which is authorized to insure elevators in the state may designate persons

to inspect elevators covered by that company's policies, and the municipal

government of any city may designate persons to inspect elevators in that city.
