KRS 198B.440: Suspension or revocation of certificates.

A certificate to serve as an inspector issued under KRS 198B.410 may be suspended or

revoked by the department for the incompetence or untrustworthiness of the holder

thereof, or for the falsification of any matter or statement contained in his or her

application or in a report of any inspection.
