Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Kentucky Medicaid program,

including the Department for Medicaid Services and any managed care organizati on with

which the department contracts for the delivery of Medicaid services, shall not provide

coverage for prescription drugs when prescribed primarily for weight loss.
