KRS 205.5367: Prohibition of coverage for psychoeducational services.

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Kentucky Medicaid program,

including the Department for Medicaid Services and any managed care organization with

which the depa rtment contracts for the delivery of Medicaid services, shall not provide

coverage for individual or group psychoeducational services.
