KRS 210.042: Funding for nonprofit agency -- Matching funds.

(1) The Cabinet for Health and Family Services may provide, to the extent funds are

available under KRS 210.040 and under conditions and standards established by the

cabinet, funds to any nonprofit agency recognized as operating in the field of mental

health and whose objectives are to carry out the purposes of KRS 210.040.

(2) The funds, if provided, may be matched on a fifty -fifty (50 -50) basis by the

nonprofit agency receiving such funds. The cabinet shall determine whether the

match may be in money or in kind services or other match.
