KRS 210.180: Canteens in institutions.

There shall be established and maintained, at each of the institutions operated by the

Cabinet for Health and Family Services, a canteen which shall be incorporated and self -

supporting. The directors of each canteen shall be appointed by the secretary. All profits

from each canteen shall be used exclusively for the benefit of the patients of the

institution.
