The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may utilize the services of
the workers of the other cabinets, when authorized by the agency heads of these cabinets.
The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may authorize paym ent of
the actual traveling expenses of the workers so utilized.
