KRS 223.060: Reciprocal registration agreements with other states.

The cabinet is authorized to enter into reciprocal agreements with other states having a

registered environmental health specialist's or sanitarian's act or its equivalent, if the

qualifications of that state are at least equal to the requirements of this chapter and the

regulations promulgated hereunder.
