KRS 223.070: Grounds for revocation of certificate -- Hearings.

The cabinet shall have the power to revoke the certificate of registration of any registrant

for unprofessional conduct or the practice of any fraud or deceit in obtaining registration,

or any gross negligence, incompetency, or misconduct in the practice o f environmental

health sanitation. Administrative hearings conducted under authority of this section shall

be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
