KRS 257.350: Reports of sales -- Liability of seller on guarantees.

Within three (3) days after the sale, the person who conducted the sale shall submit a

statement to the Office of State Veterinarian giving a complete list of the number and

kind of baby chicks or poults sold, name and address of each purchaser, together w ith a

copy of representation and guarantee made in relation to the sale, if any were made by the

person who conducted the sale, and the person conducting the sale shall be held to have

had full knowledge of the representations and guarantees made at the ti me of the sale and

shall be as fully responsible and liable for any representation and guarantee as is the

person who set forth the representation and guarantee on the containers as provided in

KRS 257.340.
