KRS 257.360: Revolving fund for Department of Agriculture.

All money collected under the provisions of KRS 257.330 to 257.350 shall be paid to the

State Treasurer and by him placed in a revolving fund to be used by the Kentucky

Department of Agriculture for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of KRS 257.330 to

257.350.
