KRS 257.370: Pullorum disease -- State and federal cooperation in regulations to control.

In order to promote the poultry industry of this state, the Office of State Veterinarian is

hereby authorized to cooperate with the United States Department of Agric ulture in the

promulgation and enforcement of regulations for the control and eradication of pullorum

disease.
