KRS 273A.145: Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.

The provisions of this chapter governing the legal effect, validity, or enforceability of

electronic records or electronic signatures, and of contracts formed or performed with the

use of such records or signatures, modify, limit, and supersede the Electro nic Signatures

in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. secs. 7001 et. seq., but this chapter

does not modify, limit, or supersede Section 101(c) of the Electronic Signatures in Global

and National Commerce Act or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices

described in Section 103(b) of that Act.
