KRS 273A.150: Relation to other law.

(1) Principles of law and equity supplement this chapter unless displaced by a particular

provision of it.

(2) A statute governing a specific type of unincorporated nonprofit association prevails

over an inconsistent provision in this chapter, to the extent of the inconsistency.
