KRS 279.590: Easements.

Where this section sits in the code

Two (2) years' continuous, uncontested maintenance of telephone lines on any real

property by a cooperative or foreign corporation doing business in this state pursuant to

KRS 279.310 to 279.600 shall ripen into legal title to such easement.
