KRS 279.600: Effect and construction of KRS 279.310 to 279.590.

KRS 279.310 to 279.590 are complete in themselves and shall be controlling. They shall

be construed liberally. The enumeration of any object, purpose, power, manner, method,

or thing shall not be deemed to exclude like or similar objects, purposes, powers,

manners, methods or things.
