KRS 279.990: Penalties.

Any person referred to in KRS 279.150, or any officer, agent or employee in an official

capacity of such person, who knowingly or willfully violates any of the provisions of

KRS 279.150 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one

thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned for not more than two (2) years, or both, and

each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
