KRS 286.11-017: Application fee and license fee.

Each application shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee in the amount

of five hundred dollars ($500) and a nonrefundable license fee of five hundred dollars

($500) if application is made on or before March 31, or the next business day if M arch 31

falls on a weekend or holiday. If application is made after March 31, the license fee shall

be two hundred fifty dollars ($250). The license shall remain in force through September

30 of the same year the license is issued.
