KRS 304.18-097: Policy covering services performed by dentist deemed to cover such

services performed by physician.

Any group insurance or blanket health insurance policy or contract issued in this state

which provides coverage for services which can be lawfully p erformed within the scope

of the license of a duly licensed dentist, shall be deemed to provide benefits for such

services whether performed by a duly licensed physician or a duly licensed dentist.
