KRS 304.18-170: Alcoholism, definitions, requirements for treatment.

(1) All definitions relating to alcoholism and the treatment for alcoholism, as contained

in KRS Chapter 222 and Kentucky Administrative Regulations promulgated

therefrom, shall apply to KRS 304.18-130 to 304.18-170.

(2) All services rendered by a health care facility under KRS 304.18-130 to 304.18-170

shall comply with the requirements for such services as contained in KRS Chapter

222 and Kentucky Administrative Regulations filed pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A.
