KRS 304.20-050: Arbitration provision not binding.

A provision agreeing to arbitrate any or all disputes that may arise at some future date

contained in an automobile liability or motor vehicle liability insurance policy delivered,

issued for delivery or renewed in this state, shall not be binding upon the named insured

or any person claiming under him.
