A "Lloyd's Plan" insurer is an unincorporated association of persons or associations of
persons, designated as "underwriters" who transact an insurance business as insurers in
this state through an attorney -in-fact under the name "Lloyd's" or under a "Lloy d's Plan"
of operation.
