KRS 304.3-050: "Charter" defined.

"Charter" means articles of incorporation, articles of agreement, articles of association,

charter granted by legislative act, or other basic constituent document of a corporation, or

the power of attorney of the attorney -in-fact of a reciprocal insurer, o r underwriter's

agreement and power of attorney of a Lloyd's plan insurer.
