KRS 304.32-110: Certificate of authority -- Renewal date.

No corporation subject to the provisions of this subtitle shall transact any business in this

state unless it shall first procure from the commissioner a certificate of authority stating

that the requirements of the laws of this state have been complied wi th and authorizing it

to do business. The certificate of authority shall expire on the last day of February of each

year and shall be renewed annually if the corporation has continued to comply with the

provisions of this subtitle.
