KRS 304.32-120: Certificate of authority -- Extension.

When the annual statement of a corporation subject to the provisions of this subtitle shall

have been filed and all fees due from the corporation shall have been paid, the

corporation's certificate of authority to do business in this state shall automatica lly be

extended until such time as the commissioner refuses to relicense the corporation.
