KRS 304.38-195: Policy covering services performed by dentist deemed to cover such

services performed by physician.

Any certificate, agreement or contract issued in this state by a health maintenance

organization which provides coverage for services which can be l awfully performed

within the scope of the license of a duly licensed dentist, shall be deemed to provide

benefits for such services whether performed by a duly licensed physician or a duly

licensed dentist.
