KRS 304.40-300: Limitation on malpractice liability.

No malpractice liability shall be imposed upon any health care provider on the basis of an

alleged breach of any guaranty, warranty, contract or assurance of results to be obtained

from any procedure undertaken in the course of providing health care, unles s such

guaranty, warranty, contract or assurance is in writing and signed by the provider.
