KRS 311.1955: Uniformity of application and construction of the Revised Uniform

Anatomical Gift Act, KRS 311.1911 to 311.1959.

In applying and construing the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, KRS 311.1911 to

311.1959, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with

respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.
