KRS 311.1957: Relation of KRS 311.1911 to 311.1959 to Electronic Signatures in Global

and National Commerce Act.

The Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, KRS 311.1911 to 311.1959, modifies, limits,

and supersedes the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Co mmerce Act, 15

U.S.C. secs. 7001 et seq., but does not modify, limit, or supersede sec. 101(a) of that act,

15 U.S.C. sec. 7001, or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in

sec. 103(b) of that act, 15 U.S.C. sec. 7003(b).
