KRS 311.540: Meetings -- Officers -- Compensation.

The State Board of Medical Licensure shall hold meetings at least semiannually and more

frequently if necessary, at such places and times as the board may determine. The board

shall elect a president, vice president and secretary from among its members and adopt

such rules and bylaws as the board deems necessary. Any and all members of the board

may administer oaths in matters pertaining to official duties. The members of the board

shall receive the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) per day for each meeting attended

and shall also be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable expenses for travel, lodging

and subsistence incurred in connection with attendance of meetings of the board.
