KRS 322.380: Seeking business through another to avoid chapter prohibited.

(1) No person without a license under this chapter shall avoid or attempt to avoid this

chapter by having a representative or employee seek engineering or land surveying

work in his or her behalf.

(2) No person shall act as a representative or employee in the type of activity prohibited

by subsection (1) of this section.
