KRS 323A.050: Persons who may be licensed.

Any person who is a licensed landscape architect in the United States or another country

where the qualifications prescribed at the time of licensing were, in the opinion of the

board, equal to those prescribed in the Commonwealth at the date of applicatio n, may be

granted a license.
