KRS 323A.060: Fees established by administrative regulation.

(1) The board shall promulgate administrative regulations to establish the following

fees:

(a) Application fee;

(b) Reinstatement fee;

(c) Reactivation fee;

(d) Renewal fees for active, inactive, and retired licensees; and

(e) Duplicate license fee.

(2) The fees as established by administrative regulation shall be paid to the board, and

shall not be refunded in whole or in part.
