KRS 335.650: Disposition of fees and other moneys.

The Board of Licensure for Pastoral Counselors fund is hereby created in the State

Treasury. All funds received by the board under the provisions of KRS 335.600 to

335.699 shall be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the board fund. The fund

shall be invested as all other state funds are invested, and income from investment of the

fund shall be credited to the fund. The balance remaining in the fund at the end of any

fiscal year shall not lapse to the general fund. The money in the board fund s hall be

appropriated to the board and shall be used for the purpose of carrying out the provisions

of KRS 335.600 to 335.699.
