KRS 36.240: Coordination of unit activities with federal government.

The adjutant general shall coordinate the activities of the Unit of Civil Air Patrol

established pursuant to KRS 36.230 with the federal government and any of its agencies

in all matters relating to aeronautical training and education, communications, resc ue

work, mercy missions, aerial observation, establishment of navigational aids, and other

functions within the scope of activity of the Civil Air Patrol.
