KRS 36.245: Use of appropriations -- Restrictions.

No portion of moneys appropriated for the Unit of the Civil Air Patrol established

pursuant to KRS 36.230 shall be expended without the approval of the adjutant general

nor shall they be expended for the purchase of uniforms for any member of the Civil Air

Patrol.
