KRS 367.991: Penalty for violation of KRS 367.932 to 367.974.

Any person or corporation which is subject to the provisions of KRS 367.932 to 367.974

and willfully violates the trust provision found in this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C

felony. Each violation of any trust provision of this chapter shall be deem ed a separate

offense. Either the Attorney General or the appropriate Commonwealth's attorney may

prosecute violators.
