KRS 395.650: Circuit clerk to file certificate of settlement.

Where fiduciaries appointed in the District Court are required to make settlement in the

Circuit Court, the circuit clerk shall make and file a certificate of each approved

settlement, showing the number and style of the case, the number of the file box in which

the suit may be found in the circuit clerk's office, before whom made, when approved by

the court and whether it is a final or partial settlement.
