KRS 395.655: Settlement of accounts of fiduciaries -- Jurisdiction.

The accounts of committees may be settled in the same manner, and the settlements shall

have the same effect, as prescribed by KRS 395.600 and 395.640. The District Court of

the county in which the committee is appointed shall have the jurisdiction of maki ng the

settlements.
