KRS 39C.020: Allocation of state funds.

Supplementary state funds appropriated to the division shall be allocated by the division

to local emergency management agencies on a reimbursement basis in amounts not to

exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total local funds expended by the local agencies i n any

given year for the institution, administration, or support of the comprehensive emergency

management programs of the city, county, urban -county government or charter county

government.
