Upon request of the commission or local committee, facilities covered by those

administrative regulations required in KRS 39E.210 shall, within the time periods

prescribed by federal law, provide additional information necessary for developing and

implementing the emergency plan about each substance to include, but not be limited to,

material safety data sheets.
