KRS 39E.230: Reports available to public -- Protection of trade secrets.

Reports to the commission or committee shall be available to the public upon request in

accordance with the provisions of KRS 61.870 to 61.884 relating to open records, if this

information is not protected from release to the general public as a trade secr et under

federal law. Reasonable fees, consistent with KRS 61.874, may be charged for

reproduction of these reports.
