KRS 411.067: Action against operator of unmanned aircraft system.

The owner, tenant, occupant, invitee, or licensee of privately owned real property may

initiate a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction against any person, agency, or

political subdivision that violates KRS 500.130(12) and may seek:

(1) Appropriate injunctive relief;

(2) Actual damages;

(3) Punitive damages;

(4) Court costs; and

(5) Reasonable attorney's fees.
