KRS 411.070: Liability for falsely stating financial condition.

Any person who violates KRS 517.090 shall be personally liable to any person damaged

by the violation for the amount of the damage. This section shall not release the principal

for whom the person may have acted from any liability, but the person liable an d the

principal for whom he acted in violating this section shall be jointly and severally liable.
